DESCRIPTION OF ITINERARY:
DAY 01: CHIVAY (COLCA CANYON) – PUNO: After midday between 12:30 – 12:45pm you will meet with a driver & guide to board the tourist bus from Chivay, town located in the Colca valley at 3600m, the main destination for all visitors who travel to Arequipa – Peru, and point of starting to visit the Cross of condor, a car trip of 6:00hrs, during the journey we will pass over 4910m (Patapampa), and Crucero Alto 4528m (limit Arequipa – Puno), making stops on route at restaurant Patahuasi for some hot drinks or go the bathroom and at view point of Lagunillas lake to observe the Andes mountain range over 5000m and some birds. Afterwards you will be driven along the high plateau (altiplano) to Puno, town located at 3827m, on the shores of the Lake Titicaca craddle of Andean civilizations. Arrival in Puno (Peru) to Bus Station around 19:00pm.

In Chivay village: Pick-up from hotels located out of Chivay village as Hotel Colca Lodge, Eco Inn, Casitas Del Colca, Aranwa and others, there is extra charge of US$20.00 up to 4 persons.
In Puno city: Drop-off at hotels located in Puno city or located out of Puno city, with Lake View as Hotel Posada del Inca, Casa Andina Private Collection, Eco Inn, Libertador, Jose Antonio and others, there is extra charge.
